Our names are Debbie and Andy and we are Platinum Supreme members of Lifestyle holidays Vacation Club and have unlimited access to the beautiful 3,4,5 and 6 bedroom villas at the resort. There are 90 villas available, some with ocean view and others overlooking the mountains. We have been to the resort 10 times since November 2004 and have vast knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. We are very experienced renters and can provide proof of membership and references. Each Villa has at least 3 en-suite bedrooms, living area with dvd, cable tv and stereo, fully fitted kitchen, dining areas both inside and outdoors, fully air-conditioned throughout. Private swimming pool and gardens with furniture.
Each morning breakfast is delivered and cooked by your own personal maid to your specifications.

The resort is mandatory all inclusive and fees of $47.5 per adult per day (half price for children 3 to 12) are payable on arrival at the resort.
These fees cover all meals at the Buffet and Speciality restaurants, locally produced drinks in the hotel areas and Premium branded drinks in all the VIP areas (except the disco which is cash bar only).

Rental Policy
Please check dates prior to payment. Once payment is received for the accommodation we will forward the reservation form via fax to the resort.
Within 24 hours acknowledgment is received from resort and forwarded to yourselves.
Payment is then removed from our Lifestyle account and confirmation numbers are issued.
These are send out via email and then by post complete with information pack.
Airport transfer confirmation is also emailed out.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before travel - Full refund less 1 days rental and $20 admin charge
Less than 2 weeks - 2 days rental and $20 admin costs.
All party members must be declared prior to arrival at the resort and any breakages and damages are to be paid for prior to check out.

Check in is after 2pm daily.

IN ADDITION TO ACCOMMODATION RATES THERE ARE MANDATORY ALL INCLUSIVE FEES OF $47.50 PER ADULT PER DAY (HALF PRICE FOR CHILDREN 3 TO 12) PAYABLE AT THE RESORT ON ARRIVAL.
