Our two year old beautiful, five-bedroom, three-bathroom, oceanview beach house on stilts is located on site 1207 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.Ocean Lakes is located about 10 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools, golf cart rental ,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds all on over 300 arces.
Our house was built just two years ago and is less then 100 ft from the ocean.It has four decks,two on the front of the house and two on the back of the house for ocean viewing and is located in the very popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes. This house has a unique floor plan as the living room,dining and large, fully-furnished ceramic tiled kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and serving bar located between the open kitchen and living area is a spacious wide open area with vaulted high ceilings on the upper level that is great for entertaining.A master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom is also located on the upper level.The ocean is also viewable from living room window.The downstairs level has a center ceramic tile hallway with a washer/dryer located in a hallway closet.There are four bedrooms on the lower entrance level.Two feature queen beds and the other two bedrooms have a full bed on bottom and twin on top bunk set.There are two bathrooms also located on the entrance level.This house was designed for family sharing as the downstairs bathrooms are assessable through the queen bedroom or bunk room on each side of the house.You do not have to go into a hallway to access the bathroom .Each family can have its own private quarters for bathing and dressing.All 5 bedrooms have outdoor deck access along with the living room.This house was also built with comfort in mind as it has two separate heat pumps for maximum cooling along with two separate hot water heaters so you don't have to take cold showers unless you want to.There is a telephone available for local calls only with extensions in all bedrooms.There are also 3 additional televisions located in 3 bedrooms. All you have to do is bring your linens and paper products.Cleaning products are provided to for you to clean at departure or a cleaning service is available at a additional charge. * Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles.

10% South Carolina sales tax is included in all prices
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $3.00 per day for parking pass.

A deposit of $400 is required for reservation and all money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date .If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent house then all money would be returned to you except for $50.00 for administrative fee.
