Nos. 25 & 26 Iris Cottages: Two adjacent but self contained villas, set around a large pool and gardens. Sleeps max 4 people in one villa and 6 in the other. Ideal for a family holiday in the Mediteranean style.

The two villas are situated in Iris Cottages, a small and generally quiet compound finished in 2002, built around a generous sized swimming pool and gardens. They are very well equipped and ideally suited for family holiday rental. The two villas (Nos. 25 and 26) are self contained but adjacent, making them perfect for either a large family group to rent all together or can be rented separately.

Iris Cottages are within a comfortable walk of the shops and tavernas of Kato Paphos village centre. There is a close-by "open all hours" corner shop and the nearest taverna is within ten minutes walk. The harbour and the nearest beaches are all about 15-20 minutes walk. Both villas are very well furnished and equipped.

Accommodation is in two bedrooms in each villa. In No.25 there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two large single beds. In No.26 there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 sets of adult size bunk beds. In each villa there is a bath/shower room/WC at first floor and a guest WC on the ground floor. The ground floor of both is open plan with a well equipped kitchen / dining room / lounge, opening onto a private terrace and garden, before the communal garden and pool area. There is ample off-street car parking in front of the villas. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can also be used for heating in the winter months.

Iris Cottages is 15 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and about one and a half hours from Larnaca Airport on a good motorway.

Rental Policy

When you contact us, we'll send a booking form to use in making a reservation. Send the form back by email and we'll hold the booking for 10 days to give time for the deposit to arrive.

Arrival Times

Changeover days on Wednesday. Other days possible outside the summer season.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are per villa per week, 25% deposit at the time of booking and balance within 8 weeks of your rental. Usual minimum stay 1 week.
