The Marnix Studio offers great value for those who want privacy and self catering on a budget.

The location is central and very convenient: it is set right on the edge of the world famous Jordaan, in Amsterdam historical center, walking distance to Noord Markt, Anne Frank House and Dam Square.

The building is located on canal side, with a small park as well to the front side.
In detail, sleeps up to two people in full comfort in a king size double bed (1.60 x 2 m) or, in case you want separate beds, there is an extra fold-up bed available.

This accommodation is large, airy and open plan. It enjoys its own kitchen with dinning table, bathroom and private entrance way, so you will feel independent.

Up to 2 people. No disabled facilities. Gay friendly. Smoking (only in the bathroom with windows open)

Rental Policy

> Payment policy:

1) Deposit of 50% of the total value at the time of your booking request. Your booking is confirmed only after this payment. A link to an online secure payment system will be sent to you by e-mail.

2) The last 50% should be paid in cash upon arrival to your host.

Note: If the booking is made through a company based on The Netherlands, details of the company are required. We will send in this case an invoice by e-mail.

> Cancellation policy:

1) From booking date to 15 days prior the check-in date: 25% of total booking value as cancellation fee;

2) From 14 to 8 days prior the check-in date: 50% of total booking value as cancellation fee;

3) Within the final 7 days or no-show: 100% of total booking value as cancellation fee (=deposit + balance).

Please make sure you have, just in case, adequate travel insurance.

* Your booking confirmation with directions, instructions of how to get your keys and parking info will be sent as soon as the payment of the deposit is confirmed.
