Rental Rate for 2 bedroom 2 bath Loft (De Monts) Apartment is $1,000 Double Occupancy per week featuring 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds. The Master Bedroom with adjoining bath provides total privacy. The elevated sundeck enables great sunset and river views of the St. Croix River. A barbeque and sun bathing area are planned for the 2008 season. This condominium style apartment was constructed in 2007. Laundry facilities are provided in this cottage.
The unit is fully furnished including basic staples, daily newspaper, gorgeous sunsets, peaceful environment, private decks, propane BBQ, the WORKS.
The heated pool (85 degrees Fahrenheit) is shared by both units – a cabana is provided with bathroom facilities, changing room, small sauna in 2008, pool towels, deck chairs and beverage refrigerator for guest use.
There is complimentary boat launching access to the St. Croix River.
