Come stay in a roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo 1/2 block from World Famous Cocoa Beach. In less than 3 minutes you can walk to the beach and wash your worries away in the ocean. This is a corner unit in a small 14 unit complex.

Do you like a quiet place to unwind, enjoying the offshore breeze in a tropical courtyard? Brisa Del Mar is just the place for family, friends or the two of you to enjoy your vacation!
Two bedroom, one bath condo in a small, friendly complex. Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two twins. There is also an air mattress for additional guests, Our condo is on the corner of Hayes Avenue and Ridgewood Ave. The local bus service runs along Ridgewood. Access to the beach is approximately ½ block on a quiet street, a two minute walk from our door to the sand of Cocoa Beach. We have a rolling cooler, large beach towels and beach chairs to help you enjoy a fun day at the beach. The condo has a double deep reserved parking spot, a short walk through the tropical courtyard to our condo. We recently purchased new patio tables, chairs, bike racks and a BBQ grill to help our guests enjoy the offshore breeze and beachside ambience.

Rental Policy

$550/week, or $100 per night (3 night minimum, 5 night minimum for holidays). 11% Florida tax and $85 cleaning on all rentals. Refundable security deposit required.
