Casa Carmella is in beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico! This home is located in beachfront in Playacar Phase 1!
Casa Carmella has a private pool and jacuzzi that looks out to the ocean. There is also a lovely outdoor sitting area that sits above the beach, giving you privacy from people walking the beach.
This home features a full kitchen, air conditioning, marble floors and countertops, a barbeque grill, beach towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, maid service- Monday- Saturday, satellite television and DVD/CD players.
The bedding includes a king, queen, 2 twins, a daybed and a trundle bed in the den.
We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex.
A 50% deposit is required via a check or Money order. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival along with a $1000 security deposit which is refunded within 14 days of departure. Please contact me regarding refund policies. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
