These two beachfront homes are side by side and can be rented as one 5 bedroom home or as a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom home.

Most guests rent this home as one 5 bedroom home since it is one of the few homes in Playa del Carmen that can sleep up to 10 guests.

Casa Stavolas has a private path, which extends over the pool onto the beach! There is also a built in barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, a hammock and plenty of outdoor setting for all of your guests.

Casa Stavolas offer the convenience of being a short walk to the 5th Ave. pedestrian mall and the beachfront location!

Each home has A/C, washer/dryer, televisions and daily maid service six times a week. A private cook can be arranged for an additional cost.

The rates provided below are for both homes rented together. Inquire for further details.

Rental Policy
A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please read the Rental Policy page or contact us for more details and the refund policy. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
