This large luxury oceanfront condo located in the exclusive north end of Cozumel has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, but can be reserved as a 2, 3 or 4 BR unit.

Puesta del Sol

There is a full kitchen, dining room that seats 8, Central A/C, cable TV, DVD/VCR, free high speed internet access and free long distance phone service to the USA and Canada. There is also a salt water swimming pool that is shared with the 13 other condos within the complex. The swimming pool is exclusive to those staying within the Puesta del Sol complex. There is fabulous snorkeling right in front of the condo!

There are two master suites, each with a king size bed, private bath and sliding doors that open onto the ocean view terrace. Both masters feature bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets and the sights of the town of San Miguel.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a bath that is conveniently located down the hall from the kitchen. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have large windows with jungle views.

Location:
The condo is located in the modern Puesta del Sol Phase II building, just 1.5 miles north of town, 4 miles from the
airport and next to the Puerto Abrigo Marina.

Additional Rental Information:
If rented by the day (3 day minimum), we will prorate the weekly rate per day. Excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.

If rented as a 2 bedroom the rate is 30% off the listed price and the 3 bedroom is 15% off the listed price.

Rental Policies

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival. Please read the Rental Policy page or contact us for more details and the refund policy. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
