Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
