State of the art kitchen with new stainless appliances, HE washer and dryer, fully stocked with all you need for your stay. Screened back porch located off the kitchen, large fully fenced back yard with a fire pit, picnic table and enclosed shower.

Fine linens and top end furniture round out your vacation experiance! This is not your typical rental, Palm Cottage is our second home and is lovingly cared for!

Bike week, Race week, bicycling, fishing, beach, surfing, relaxing, Cape Canaveral, Disney and Orlando Attractions, canoeing, boat tours and dinner cruises, you can do it all from here! Walk to
shops, restaurants, stroll down Flagler Avenue for ice cream or coffee. Relax and enjoy New Smyrna

Must receive deposit with in 7 days to secure reservation. Must be 25 years old to rent property.

These rates are for 6 people or less, an additional charge for using the sleeper sofa to total 8 guests.

$500 refundable security deposit.
12.5% tax and $130 cleaning fee.
Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out by 10:00 am
No unaccompanied minors.
