A kitchen loaded with dishes, pots/pans, utensils & linens. No need to call the utility company because all of the services are active including high speed wireless internet, phone service & cable TV. The Home is located just off I-75 & Martin Luther King Blvd. I-4 is one exit North (less than 1 mile). The crosstown expressway is just South. It is less than one hour to the beaches & hour to Disney World, minutes to DownTown, Ybor City, USF, Busch Gardens & MOSI.

The rates include bed linens and towels but there in NOT daily maid service

Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.

To reserve the home a $200 deposit is required that applies to the rent, the rental must be paid in full prior to your arrival. Reservations are NOT confirmed until booking deposit is received.

A $300 fully refundable security deposit + $75. one time cleaning fee is required prior to your check-in date.

Payment is by Cash, Certified Check, Money Order
