Rental Policy

Please make initial contact with owner and then our local realtor management company will prepare your lease and check tenants in and out. No smokers or pets please. There is a $40 processing fee and a $45 damage waiver fee but no vacation rental tax. No student groups.

Saturdays at 2 PM Saturday departure at 10 AM

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We rent weekly from Saturday at 2 PM until the following Saturday 10 AM. In-season rental is May 31st through September 6 for $1000 to $1250 a week depending on the month. Cleaning is included.
Off-season weekends and daily rental available. Cleaning fee extra.
