there is a $500.00 damage deposit this covers the house,its contents,property and golf cart (if any damages occur beyond normal wear and tear during your use of cart,house or property there will be a charge). must be put on a credit card no damages no charges.

full payment due upon reservation,money will be refundable if notified within 14 days,renters must be 21 of age or older,(children are welcome with adults),pet friendly must be potty trained,no smoking in any buildings(outside only),no hunting allowed, semi-dry county,extended days require notification,any damage done to property is subject to withdraw from credit card etc.

1-4 people $199.00 a night,5-8 people $250.00 a night,9-18 people $400.00 a night. $25.00 extra per person over 18 people.full payment due at reservation time, lower rate for 7 nights or longer. $200.00 gas card given at regular rate price(not given if you receive any other lower rate price)
7% state tax & 9.5% lodging tax will be added to rental price.
