Calm and very peaceful area, perfect point of departure for visits and Paris discovery. The area is made of typical houses built in the beginning of XXè century.
Our courtyard haven is a 10 mn walk from lively, popular, authentic Paris neighborhood, allowing a quiet and relaxing stay after busy sightseeing. It's also close to trendy restaurants and the lively Belleville area (10 mn walk). Very easy access to several metro, bus and taxis stations. Many points of interest are within walking distances.
2 metro stations are close to the apartment : Danube (3 mn walk) and Botzaris (5 mn walk). Place des fêtes (10 mn walk).

Upon exit, we will visit the apartment together to make sure that everything is in place and any remaining deposit will be returned to you immediately. A 30% deposit is required to book the apartment and the total amount should be paid on arrival.
