The flat also has an enormous lounge with two sofa-beds for up to four people,a very large bedroom with a double bed.
The flat is fully equiped with conditioned air, TV, Home Cinema, Cable TV, Equipment of musica, Hairdryer, Iron and iron table, oven and microwaves, washing machine, Wifi ADSL connection if you bring a laptop or PDA and phone line too (invoiced apart). You also have access to its terrace, to take the sun, and to tend the clothes. The use of linen and towels is included. I demand 30% of the payment by transfer or paypal and the rest when entering the flat. A security deposit of 450 euros is also requested (and given back to you on the day of your departure if everything is fine). Cleaning on your departure is charged apart : 30 euros.
