June 1st - August 31st $5900 Weekly, 7 Day minimum, $875 per day
September 1st - Jan 31st $3900 Weekly, 3 Day minimum, $600 per day
Feb 1st - May 31st $3700 Weekly, 3 day minimum, $550 per day
Will accept small and large groups.

Holiday Rates:
Memorial/Easter/Thanksgiving/New Years Day/X-mas $4600 Weekly, 4 Day
minimum, $700 per day

Labor/Independence Day $6200 Weekly, 4/7 Day minimum, $900 per day

$500 reservation/damage/clean deposit required. Returned in 7 days
from departure if no damages and clean. No cleaning fee unless
excessive cleaning is needed. A $100 linen fee required.
10.5% California tax.
