Brand new resort, right in the middle of the Disney properties. Bonnet Creek has free transportation to the Disney parks (huge since parking at Disney is $11/day!) and lots of wonderful activities for children and adults. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Two bedroom deluxe: two large bedrooms, the master suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom has two double beds for your kids or guests and an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower combination. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

One bedroom deluxe: over 900 square feet, king-sized bed in the master with a large whirlpool tub (and separate shower) in the beautiful bathroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

All units: There is a washer/ dryer unit in each private condo for washing clothes and swim suits. Each unit has a beautiful kitchen, all brand new, with plenty of cabinet space; a formal dining area for family dinners; a leather sofa and an additional pair of upholstered chairs for plenty of seating to watch television. There are televisions in each bedroom and a nice large television in the living area.

The kids will spend a lot of time in the beautiful pool with lazy river. There is a great exercise room for grown-ups too.

There are no additional charges to stay at this beautiful resort. Compare this value to two hotel rooms and you will see what a bargain a timeshare can be.

The unit will be assigned at check-in, unless you have a request of an upper floor. There are elevators at this resort.

Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates depend on time of year, number of bedrooms, and time before rental (last minute of 60 days or less are quite a bit less). No taxes.
