This southeast corner unit offers full, striking views of the Atlantic Ocean from most rooms. Bright and Cheery, this 2nd floor condo has been completely redecorated with new furnishings that reflect the ambiance of this oceanfront location.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, our condo features full size washer and dryer, coffee maker, hair dryers, quality linens, wireless internet, stereo, 2 DVD's players, and 3 TV's, movies, games, beach towels, beach chairs.
Sip your morning coffee in the Masteer suite (king bed) while watching the sun rise. If you perfer the ocean air, have your drinks, or meals on our private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and ocean; many guests experienced dolphins sighting. In the winter months the pools is heated. A boardwalk-walkway leads from the pool right onto the "no-drive" beach; just steps away.
Seawinds is a private building, with keycode entry only. Each guest is assigned a reserved parking space in the gated, remote-access underground garage. Note: carts are always available in the garage for luggage and groceries. Additional parking is available in front and sides of the building. For your convenience, a food store; Publix and other stores/eateries are located right across the street.

Rental Policy
$300 Deposit is required to hold your dates, refundable after departure if no damages.
A $75 cleaning fee and 12.5% tax is added
