NOTE: This is a single family home, no strangers to worry about upstairs or downstairs!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The first bedroom has two twin beds, second bedroom has double bed. Our sun room, with a nice view of the bay, has 2 pull out twin beds. The family room has a pull out sofa for sleeping 2.

HOUSE FEATURES:
The fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and mud/laundry room with washer and dryer have been completely renovated and most appliances are new.

OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Our brand new picnic table seats 8+ under the shade of a beautiful tree. Enjoy cooking on the Gas grill. Long day at the beach? Wash off that sand in the Outdoor shower.

PARKING:
Off street parking is available as you can pull up right to the front of the house or park on our quiet street.

Saturday check in time is 2pm. Saturday departures by 11am please.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Call for current rates.
Refundable security deposit of $300 required. Certified checks are required for arrivals less than 30 days away.

Saturday to Saturday stays only with 7 night minimum requirement.
