Our beautiful family run villa is situated on Highgate Park at Legacy Park on a brand new & upcoming area of Davenport Florida. The villa is on a gated community close to Disney & all other majir attractions.

PARKVILLA boasts a 5 bedroom with 4.5 bathrooms detached villa over a 2 storeys. With plenty of room for a family or two.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & a dining area. One of the bedrooms & living room on the ground floor, backs onto the pool. With a further 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. There is a tv in each of the bedrooms with a den that has ps2 station & video's. The villa is fully air conditioned. Inside the garage there is a washer & dryer machines. There is also a powder room downstairs.

Outside there is a shaded & extended lanai with a south facing private pool & spa with luxury pool furniture. There is also an outside toilet & pool side shower for extra convenience.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

To confirm bookings we require £150 per week & £150 per week for a security deposit. This will be refunded 28 days after departure.
