The house has two double bedrooms. One with a king size bed, the other with two separate beds. Both rooms have separate baths with shower and and bath tub. Air condition.
The house has a large kitchen with all appliances as fridge / freezer, ice machine, dishwasher etc. etc.
In the washing room there are a washing machine and a drier for your clothes.
In the living room you'll find a dining table as well as a nice couch in front of the TV and DVD player. There's of course a powerful stereo for Caribbean rhythms. There are also TV sets in both living rooms.
Out on the patio around the pool you will find a dining table as well as comfortable sun lounges
You will find laundry facilities, cabled television, covered patio, swimming-pool, sea view. Air conditioned and ceiling fan ventilation. Situated at 15 m from the beach. Golf club, bars and restaurants of the Hotel within walking distance. 15 minutes by car from International Airport Crown Point Tobago.
Please note that we are three owners cooperating in the rental of our houses. We can thus in effect offer three neighbouring villas housing up to 12 people.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
• All rates are in US dollars, are per night and subject to change.
12% Service Charge will be added to rates.
• Special rates may apply for Christmas/New Year period.
• Minimum stay 2 nights
• Maximum occupancy 2 persons per room without additional charge
• Daily Housekeeping Service is included in rates quoted. Cooks and childcare services are available at an extra charge.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy: 25% payment due upon confirmation of reservation during the summer period; 50% during the winter period. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior for Christmas. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit deposit. For a full refund more than 30 days notice required, 45 days for Christmas period.
