Welcome to Disney's Beach Bungalow! Located in the popular Indian Ridge development. This is a beautiful home only 3.5 miles from Disney. 4 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and south facing, fully private pool and garden. Also now includes FREE UNLIMITED LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL CALLING! The open plan lounge has 2 large sofas, Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR and Stereo System. The lounge leads to a beautifully decorated dining area, which overlooks the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine and everything you will need for your stay. There is also a separate Family Room with sofa bed, TV, Cable & Playstation 2. Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Full linens and towels are also supplied. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Cable TV and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and a door leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen size double bed and cable TV. There are 2 further twin bedrooms, one decorated in the Nemo theme and the other in a Simba theme. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for storage. Outside there is a large heated swimming pool with decking area. There is ample seating for all the family and also a NEW two-burner gas BBQ. The large south facing garden is fully fenced and private which is great for the children to play in. Finally there is a fantastic Pirate themed Game Room with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table and Darts Board and X-box. We know you'll enjoy your stay at Disney's Beach Bungalow.

Rental Policy

1. Deposits must be paid before a reservation will be held. Balance is due eight weeks before arrival.

2. Rental times are from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.

3. The security deposit is returned when we have confirmation that the accommodation, fixtures, etc. are in the same condition as when you arrived and vacated on the correct date/time.

4. Access may be required during your stay by authorized personnel for maintenance.

5. Although every effort is made to ensure the property is in perfect condition for the duration of your stay, we can not accept responsibility for any third party claims, accidents, damage or loss however caused. Specifications may be subject to change.

6. You must absolutely ensure that children are not left on their own, at anytime, in the accommodation. Neither are they to be allowed access to the pool or whirlpool unless accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Keep the patio doors locked if unsure.

7. All breakages, accidents or losses are to be reported to the Management Company immediately.

8. For your comfort the property is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

9. The swimming pool is provided free of charge. Only pool heating is charged for and will be refunded pro/rata if there is a problem with the heater.

10.If paying by credit card, I agree to the terms on the “Credit Card Payment” Form.

11.Only guests listed on the booking form are authorized to stay in this home. I understand that my booking may be terminated, or I will be charged $100 per extra person up to the legal limit of the home.

12.Pets are STRICTLY not allowed. Reservation will be terminated without any refunds if pets are found on the premisies. Full security deposit will be with held for required extra clean up services.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS BY YOU: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 8 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of $150.00, 6 - 8 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 4 - 6 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 75%, 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. AMENDMENTS TO ANY RESERVATION WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $30.00.

CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER: In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation, i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodations thru the Management Company, however, we can not accept liability whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
