This beautiful interior designed luxury villa is situated in the much sought after area of La Capellania in Benalmadena Pueblo. The villa is set in a quiet residential area which affords far reaching panoramic views across the Mediterranean.

Property Details

Externally to the front of the villa, a large terrace leads to the private swimming pool and large built-in BBQ area with spectacular views of the Andalusian coast and mountains. The villa is south west facing and all the rooms have sea views. The villa is immaculately maintained, with no shortage of sun loungers and garden furniture for eating al fresco on the terraces. Ideally situated only 15-minutes from Malaga airport and 20-minutes from sophisticated Marbella and Puerto Banus. The villa is only 5-minutes drive from the beach and local amenities, and within easy driving distance of the areas attractions; making this an ideal family holiday location.

The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The master-suite is on the ground floor with patio doors leading to private terrace and there is a luxurious en-suite bathroom, consisting of twin washbasins, toilet, bath and shower. There is a large light and airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out on to the pool area.

The Kitchen is modern, spacious and fully fitted with all appliances, including dishwasher. Here you will find everything you need for your self-catering holiday. There is a further cloakroom on this level and staircase leading to the lower level. One the lower level there is a further double bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with large en-suite walk in shower. Both bathrooms are fitted with twin wash basins. There is also a separate area on this level housing the washing machine.

Arrival Times

Usually out by 10am and in by 4pm, however we are flexible where possible.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

20% deposit required with balance payable in full 8 weeks before arrival date.

300 euros/£200 Security Deposit required with balance payment. This is returned to you after the final clean, usually within 7 working days.

Please note these rates are fully inclusive, linen changed weekly.



Welcome Pack on arrival, if required.

Cot hire 25 euros per week, including linen.
