FURNISHED SHORT TERM RENTALS, sometimes called corporate rentals - If you are coming to Colorado Springs or Monument, Colorado, we offer a cost effective alternative to a traditional or extended stay hotel for a month or longer visit.

WE RENT ONLY ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS - IF YOU NEED HOUSING FOR LESS THAN ONE MONTH PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE.

Here you will find a home, not a hotel room(r). Our homes are completely furnished and equipped, HOA maintained, and fairly priced. You can rent our properties for a minimum of two weeks, or up to nine months if needed. We offer price-breaks as the lease term increases. Monthly rates start as low as $2,100 per month depending on unit size, location, and amenities. We have homes from 2 bed/2 bath to 3 bed/3.5 baths, most with carports or garages.

With rates starting as low as $69 per night (on a monthly basis), we are much more cost effective than a hotel room and offer far more for your comfort and convenience!

Just bring your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually EVERYTHING else. All utilities are included and all homes have air conditioning, high speed Internet access, and cable or HD broadcast TV. The photos shown are representative of how we furnish our homes and were taken in our homes.

We DO allow pets at all of our homes and you can see not only full details but just how cost effective our pet policy is by clicking on the Pet Policy tab.
