Enter through the 200 sq foot ocean view deck into this newly carpeted and renovated home. There are many places to see the water and mountain views from the Living Room and Dining Room combination to the bedrooms. The family room, with fireplace, is adjacent to the large eat in kitchen, with a secluded patio for grilling or soaking in the hot tub.

A large backyard with ocean views and a giant outdoor fireplace for relaxing. There is plenty of room to relax with family and friends or for just the two of you in a romantic get-a-way.

The master bedroom has Queen bed and a single sofa bed. There is a Santa Cruz view from the second bedroom with a tasteful queen canopy bed and the third bedroom has a king bed that breaks down into two twins if necessary.

The living room and family room each have sleeper couches and can be separated from the rest of house for privacy.
