Property Details

Dear guests, come to our apartments and we shall try to make your holidays comfortable and unforgettable. We shall try to be the best hosts that we can be. All the apartments (we have 6 total) have full equipment (bed room, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, TV with satellite, air condition, café machine and all apartments have possibility to use grill).

Each apartment has a parking spot. Distance to the sea 40 m.

The place is only 8 km far from NIN – the first Royaltown of Croatia, and only 10 km far from old town of Zadar that is well-known for its monuments and churches, such as Museum " The Gold and Silver of Zadar ", St.Donat's church from the 9th century, St.Anastasia Cathedral, Archeological Museum. Promenade along the old town offers an unforgettable impression of the sight of the islands at sunset.

Big attraction of Zadar are also the organs in the sea which are unique in the world.

The beach which is situated along whole Punta Skala and Petricane is extremely beautiful, partly sand, partly with stone. Here is also sandy shallow bay, where little children can play. From Punta Skala to Petrcane leads amazing walking path along the sea.Very near the apartment you can find hotel "Pinija" with closed swimming pool, beauty center and tennis grounds. In Petrcane you can try delicious specialties with fish and other sea food, in numerous little restaurants all over the Petrcane. In the "Pinija" hotel, there is also a discoteque and nummer terasse with live music. In the days when it`s raining and you cannot swim or stay at the beach, we have a great solution!!! You can play billiards in the billiard in the villa Batur room with small companies and have a great time.

Pets are an additional 5.00 per night.

To reserve you must make a deposit of 20%.
