Our charming, non-smoking, (no pets allowed), extremely clean & well maintained sunroom condo is located in the brand-new Barefoot Beach Resort on the intercostal waterway of Indian Shores, Florida.

The condo is at ground level, no stairs or crowded elevators to deal with here and parking is at the condo's door. Indian shores is Located between clearwater beach and St.Petersburg beach, and 30 minutes west of sunny Tampa, Florida.

Location, Location, Location...If you want to be close to the beach, then this is the condo for you. The condo is in a great location within the resort. We are located directly across from the pedestrian walk & the resorts "Privately Owned" direct beach access. You are just steps from our front door to the white sands of the gulf.

You can't get much closer to the beach than this beautiful condo.

Beautifully decorated with so many personal touches, one that includes all your beach supplies, digital cable, has free long distance in USA,canada, puerto rico, and canada- free highspeed internet service.

Beautifully decorated in the coastal cottage style, the condo has one-bedroom, one-bath plus a sunroom. With all the amenities of home and everything in the condo brand new, our condo can be your new beach retreat. The condo has ceramic tile floors, crown molding, dual shower heads, granite countertops and more.

Well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops & full size appliances...microwave, ceramic top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal & refrigerator with ice maker. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, bakeware, utensils, plates, glasses,pots,pans, etc & everything you need to make & serve a gourmet meal.

Dining area is bright with large windows, round glass table for dining, and a separate granite & mirror bar. The bar has an ice bucket.

Cozy family room has queen-size sleeper sofa, digital cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, chairs with ottman.

The bedroom is carpeted with a queen-size bed , fitted sheets, ceiling fan, alarm clock, two night stands,cable television in bedroom, extra blankets and pillows. There is a set of French doors that open to the sunroom.

The charming sunroom is bright with large windows overlooking the patio. A ceiling fan, two chairs, glass table, futon couch sleeper, makes for a cozy seating area.Internet connection is in sunroom.

The bathroom offers a large, walk-in, tile shower with clear glass doors, dual shower heads, wall-mounted hair dryer, and plenty of luxury towels and storage space.

The condo is wired with FREE Highspeed Roadrunner Internet service for your use. "FREE UNLIMITED" long distance to anywhere in the USA, puerto rico, and canada .

It has has an iron for oyur clothes and beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, etc. to use for the beach.

The condominium is located next to several restaurants and pubs. The famous Salt Rock Grill is located directly next door. Crabby Bill's, The Pub, The Frog Pond, The Wine Cellar and The Lobster Pot are just down the road. Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The famous John's Pass Village is just six miles south of the condo.

The Suncoast Trolley Stop is located steps from our condo & direcly next door to the resort. The trolley runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach

There are many amenities on site. A coin operated laundry room is located at the end of the hall just one door down. A beautiful heated swimming pool overlooks the intercostal waterway with his & her bathrooms, a private fishing deck & new gas grills throughout the resort. There are also plenty of parking spaces for you and your guests.

BOAT SLIP RENTALS are now available on site. Please inquire if you are interested in bringing your boat.

You have the best of both worlds at this beautiful resort. You can watch the sunrise on the intercostal waterway side & the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico beach side. Indian Shores is a quiet & relaxing beach. Less crowded than the surrounding beaches.

Perfect to relax and enjoy your lazy days in the sun.
