If you go to greatrentals.com and look under the Ko Olina properties, it is listed at $900/night to cover commissions to that web sight. In Ko Olina there is only one property that is allowed to have weekly rentals, that is this property called Ko Olina Beach Villas. It is also the only one that is located right on the beach. All the others advertise weekly rates but you have to rent for a month, and none of them are on the beach like we are.(some of their advertising is a little misleading) This is a brand new 2 building Condo project that will be completed in January. Our unit is #204 on the sunset side in the building closest to the beach, they call it the Ocean Tower. If you go to www.koolinabeachvillas.com you can see a lot of information about the project, including a webcam that gives you live footage of the project. Our floorplan is the 3bd 3ba Akala.
