It’s on the 5th floor of an unspoilt 19thC building at the top of a shabby staircase and from the roof you have views across the town.

Property Details

The studio itself is bright and sunny with a beamed ceiling, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a queen size bed.

The decoration is in a contemporary style, keeping many of the original features of an "attico" but adding modern conveniences such as the powerful shower.

You will have a great base from whichyou can explore this fascinating neighbourhood. The location is excellent – just off the Placa Santa Maria del Mar. You are surrounded by alleyways that are filled with boutiques, wine merchants and dozens of tapas bars and restaurants. The Parc de la Ciutadella and Picasso museum are very near and Las Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia with its Gaudi buildings are all within walking distance.

• 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to metro and 20 minute taxi ride from airport

• Please note, the studio is on the 5th floor with no lift. We therefore do not recommend this apartment to persons with mobility problems.
