Property Description

This hotel was bulit in 1960 and reformed in 2004. A hotel of family character that has known how to unite tradition and modernity, being nowadays a reference of the Principality of Andorra.

Property Details

Location: In Escaldes commercial centre and only 150 m. from Caldea. Well communicated with the main ski resorts, Grand Valira and Vall Nord, that are only 10km from the hotel.
Rooms : 157 bedrooms, 57 standard, 93 superior with a separate shower and pressure showers (4 of them adapted for handicapped people) 4 Junior Suites and 3 Suites. All of them equipated with air conditioning, complete bathroom, air dryer, direct telephone line, mini bar, safety box, International TV channels, and Internet connection by modem.
Conventions Center: it has a surface of 1.300 m2 with 8 rooms of soundproofed meetings, with capacity of 10 to 450 delegates and endowed with the most modern audiovisual technical systems. Also with annexed exhibition areas. The meeting room “La Vall” it is the biggest one in Andorra without columns, where all type of shows and events can be done.
Other services: Two restaurants: “The Pi” specialized in regional and international kitchen, a magnificent breakfast buffet every day it is served. All reservations required credit card number as a guarantee. The hotel may charge the cost of the first night stay before client arrival.
From 29/12/07 to 01/01/08 and 18/3/08 to 23/3/08, All Reservations Require Credit Card Deposit of 100% of stay due at time of booking.
Low season they won't have cancellation fees the reservations that are cancelled with at least foreseen 48 hours of up-to-date advance of the arrival.
Middle season they won't have cancellation fees the reservations that are cancelled with at least foreseen 7 days of up-to-date advance of the arrival.
Otherwise, first night will be charged into your credit card

Full prepayment required/Non refundable: From 29/12/07 to 01/01/08 and from 20/3/08 to 23/3/08, reservations that are cancelled with at least 15 days prior to arrival local time will avoid penalty of 100% of total stay.
From 20/03 to 23/03/08 minum stay required 2 nigths.
Check-in: From 15 :00h PM
Check-out: Until 12 :00H AM

Children up to 5 years are allowed to enter in Thermal Center only from 18h to 20h.
