Property Description

Two and three bedroom condominiums in Nassau Bahamas situated in Coral Harbour on the southwestern end of the Island . The condos are located on the canal and the south ocean beach is directly across the road.

Property Details

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country side or a Family Island and, yet be minutes away by car from the enchanting Paradise Island and the colonial charm of downtown Nassau and Cable Beach. Waterway Condos has 6 large 2 & 3 bedroom units.

While here you may walk the flats and do bone fishing, deep sea fishing, scuba dive, go horseback ridding, golf, birding tours and nature tours , Biking tours and others including visits to the two casinos on Nassau and Paradise Island, stroll through the museums, go shopping downtown Nassau and many more activities or, simply relax and enjoy our beaches.

Please note that at least one member of the party must be 25 years or older.
Prior to arrival, you should advise us of your expected arrival/flight time.

To take advantage of your stay and enjoy all of New Providence and Paradise Island, we highly recommend the rental of a car. You can prearrange a car rental through most of the major international rental companies or contact one of the local companies. Rental cars are available at the airport.

Rental Policy

Total refunds less processing fee of 20% are provided if cancellation is advised 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations if notified up to 45 days prior to arrival date are subjected to a 50% penalty. There is no refund after this period.

Arrival Times

Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A deposit of 50% is required within 2 weeks to confirm your booking. The balance should be sent 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment may be by cheque, wire transfer or visa.
We have a minimum stay of 4 days for the unit. The period between Christmas and New Years requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.
