This one bedroom apartment is located in the Upper East Side on a quiet block of row houses and pre-war buildings. The apartment has an open living room and spacious bedroom. The living room includes a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a double sized futon, a dining table and two windows. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a large closet and a door to access the back terrace. The apartment has a/c. The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The apartment is located in The Upper East Side a short walk from both Central Park and the East River. The closest subway stop is 86th Street and Lexington Avenue with both express and local subway service.

1. CHECK-IN time is after 1 PM
LATE ARRIVALS (person(s) arriving after 7 PM will have to make the arrangements with us (management office) to receive the keys since the management office closes at 7 PM.

2. CHECK-OUT time is no later than 11 AM. For LATE CHECK OUT, the person(s) will be charged 50% of the nightly rate of the unit rented for the time period 11am through 9pm.

3. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: All guests must inform us via e-mail about scheduled Arrival and Departure times at least three days prior to the days of their arrival.

4. ID & CONFIRMATION OF DEPARTURE: Before receiving the keys to the apartment rented, Guests will have to present a valid photo ID upon and proof of Departure to avoid double-booking errors or misunderstandings.

5. PAYMENT: Cash, Travelers check, personal checks (domestic only), PayPal (in case of PayPal payment the payer is to pay 4% PayPal surcharge). Our PayPal account is as follows: info@bestapartment4you.com. Please not that we are not set up to accept credit card payments
(i.e. NO CREDIT CARDS)

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT: All guest(s) will be charged $500.00 (five hundred) refundable security deposit upon arrival which will be returned to the guest(s) upon examination of the apartment and return of the keys on the date of the departure.
Please make sure that you familiarize yourself with of our Rental Policy. We also want to make sure hat the guest(s) will leave the apartment in clean condition as it was presented to the guest(s) upon their arrival. Please make sure to remove all food from refrigerator and put out the garbage/trash into trash bin container.
