This lovely four bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom villa contains air conditioned Master Bedroom, and ceiling fanned guest bedrooms. With spacious pool deck and crystalline swimming, pool, The Breeze Holiday Villa is the ideal Caribbean getaway for couples and families alike.

The very location of the villa lends also lends itself to the natural trade winds allowing your stay to fully appreciate the cool Caribbean ambience. The famous St. Lucia Golf Course is just minutes away from the Villa and very close by you have a choice of 2 beaches, Smugglers Cove and the beach at the Le Sport Beach Resort, where you also find their fabulous Spa. You'll find more beaches a short drive away at the Sandals Hotel, or Reduit Beach at Rodney Bay and Cas en Bas on the East coast. Shops, restaurants, bars and all other facilities are found at Rodney Bay

A maid is provided. A chef can also be provided if requested. There is also a gardener and pool boy. We can organize transfers to and from the airport by taxi or helicopter. Car hire can also be arranged. We can also assist you with organizing your wedding day. The Breeze Holiday Villa is an ideal location for those special occasions.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please note that during the high season (December 16th – January 03rd) there is a minimum of 14 night stay.

Payment by the Client to the Company of a deposit equal to 25% of the
total rental fee is required and must be received within 5 days of the
date of issue of the Booking Agreement & Statement of Account. The
remaining 75% is required no later than 60 days prior to the date of the
Client's arrival at the villa. In the event that the Agreement becomes
binding inside the window of the 60 days, the Client is required to pay
the total rental fee to the Company to secure the booking. If Full
payment is not received 60 days prior to the Client's arrival at the
villa the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking, thus causing
the Client to forfeit the paid deposit
