Interior finishing and decoration to the highest standard (exposed beams, hand-made floor and ceiling tiles, stone fireplace ...). The house is carefully furnished using traditional antique pieces, utmost attention to detail, completely equipped kitchen, all comforts for a relaxing stay in Umbria.
The landlord and his family live in the main house and the nearby villa which are few meters from the guesthouse. Complete privacy is granted to the guests who can use the tranquil private garden with swimming pool behind the house.

The property is fully fenced and is situated on a hill top residential village called Cupe di Capocavallo, in lovely panoramic position, dominating the green hilly countryside between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. From the top of the tower you'll enjoy lovely views over the valley and on the small medieval towns of Corciano (4km) and Capocavallo (2 km). This accommodation, only 15 km from Perugia and very close to Lake Trasimeno and the Santa Sabina Golf courts is an ideal base for exploring the beauties of Umbria and Tuscany. Closest airport: Perugia-Sant’Egidio (25km) with direct Ryanair flights to and from London and daily Alitalia flights to and from Milan.
