Rental Policy

Deposit is required for all rentals. $500.00 for weekly and $1,000.00 for monthly. All utilities are included. If needed unfurnished - rental price can be adjusted. Also available for longer term lease, this will be ad a discounted rate.
There is a $200.00 cleaning fee charged at time of arrival.
Because this is a private rental we only accept payment by either Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card Payments thru Paypal only.

Arrival Times

7am on arrival date until 11pm on departure date.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Security deposti required depending on lenghth of stay and # in your party.

There is also a $100.00 cleaning fee charged to clean property after departure
