(The property also has a separate Guest Quarters with 1 bedroom with walk in closet, full kitchen; dining and living room area. There is also a large studio with bathroom and own entrance). There is a heated pool and spa. The property has beautiful landscape and carport with plenty of parking in the courtyard. It is located on prestigious Pinetree Drive and a block from Arthur Godffrey Road (41st Street). It is a five minute walk to the beach, shops, banks, churches and hospital. Casa Pino is also available for long term (the rental will significantly be reduced) and short term rental. Casa Pino in Miami Beach is also available for events. Rental Policy

Security deposit is required. This will depend on length of stay and # of people staying at the property.
There is also a $200.00 USD cleaning fee due at time of arrival.

7 am on arrival date until 11pm on departure date.
