Rental Policy

Formal lease required. Lessee must be at least 25 years old and an occupant in the leased property for duration of lease.
One week minimum rental.
All rates above for up to 6 guests.
Add $25 per night/per person for up to 6 additional guests.

Deposit:

1/2 rent deposit due Within 7 Days of booking to confirm reservation.

500 security deposit (refundable) 150 cleaning fee and balance of rent due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation:

No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

No Smoking. No pets. No party animals.
