Within the confines of The Gingerbread House is a 1 bedroom/1 bath Seasonal Rental suitable for 1 or 2 people. Everything you need is provided in this bright and delightful apartment – right down to the silverware. It features a work area kitchen, dining/living room and bedroom with a queen size bed.

Just outside the French doors in the living room is a lovely, shaded deck ideal for lazy afternoons or warm winter evenings.

Need more room? Ask about our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house on the premises. It’s twice the price of the apartment! . We can email photos of the interior of the house.

A/C, Cable TV, and DVD/ CD player are provided as well as all the linens. The Kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. High-Speed Internet included.

You will find Golf, Shuffleboard, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Museums, Sightseeing, Snorkeling and Diving close by. We are located near Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach International Airport. Up-scale dining, shopping and entertainment at City Place Shopping Center, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, and the famous Worth Avenue add to the exciting ambiance of the area.

Rates: (US Dollars)
Weekly: $600/week, plus Security Deposit of $300. The Reservation Deposit is $300 and the application fee is $50.
Monthly: $1,800/month, plus Security Deposit of $900. The Reservation Deposit is $900 and the application fee is $50.

Rental Terms: A completed application form with $50 application fee plus a deposit of 50% of the rental fee will secure your reservation. This reservation deposit will be credited to your rent. Weeks begin on Saturday, with check-in between 1-4 PM, and end on the following Saturday, with check-out at 10 AM.
