Newly remodeled in summer of 2007 the Alta Hills Farm Bed and Breakfast is now available for nightly or longer guest rentals. This is the most beautiful bed and breakfast locations to visit in Utah. It is within 5 minutes of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird and Alta) and 8 minutes to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton and Solitude). It is also located within 25 minutes to Park City and downtown Salt Lake City.

The mountain views from each room are breathtaking, and the equestrian component of the 42 stall hunter and jumper facility with the outdoor and indoor arena adds to the charm of this lovely home away from home.

Alta Hills Farm Bed and Breakfast has 4 rooms available. All will new beautiful hardwood floors, furniture and fixtures. The main area has a couch area with a TV and fireplace as well as a full kitchen and eating area. There is also a computer available for use of any guest.

The downstairs of Alta Hills Farm Bed and Breakfast has two more areas to sit in front of a fire and socialize and or watch TV. This is also where the main kitchen and eating area is located.

The Snowbird room has a king size bed and has its own private bath. The room also has its own TV.

The Deer Valley room has a queen size bed, a private bath with shower and a fireplace, as well as its own TV.

The Park City room as a queen size bed, a TV and will have a shared bath.

The Brighton room is for the kids and has bunk-beds as well as its own TV. This room will have a shared bath.

It is a 30 minute drive from SLC int'l airport.

Rental Policies

Payment: Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and or Visa/Master Card.

Deposit: An advance payment equal to one (1) nights stay is required when reservation is made. This deposit is non-refundable within a thirty (30) day window.

Cancellations: If a problem arises please contact me as soon as possible.

Inclusive Fees: Breakfast is included daily, linen service is every third day and cleaning charge is included the price of the room.

No Daily Maid Service: Linens and towels are provided, beds will be changed every third day and towels will be changed every third day or as needed.

NO SMOKING permitted in the Bed & Breakfast

There are four rooms available rangeing in price from $90/ night to $129/ night. $400 rents all four rooms per night.
