As this luxury property is in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells you are minutes from the shops and restaurants. The historic Pantiles where the Victorian gentry used to 'take the waters' are about 10 minutes' walk away. You can still taste these waters today, which are reputed to cure all diseases!

The lovely old town has a cinema and two theatres and is a short drive from many historic castles and gardens, country pub walks, and places of interest.

The Lancers is the former home of Dr Who star Tom Baker.
