Set in the foothills of the Med. Pyrenees, with fantastic views over the valley towards Spain. One hour from Perpignan & the Mediterranean beaches, 5 mins. village, 30 mins. golf and just over two hours from Barcelona.

This beautiful property is situated in ‘The Vallespir’, a valley of outstanding natural beauty, thirty miles from the Mediterranean Sea and at the start of the Pyrenean mountain range.
Set on the edge of four acres of its own woodland it is extremely private but not isolated.
The property has been tastefully furnished to the highest standards as a private home, not a holiday let. The very large pool (16x6m) for your sole use, is set just below on the lawned garden with flower beds and garden furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The Mas, consisting of dining room, kitchen, living room with wood burning fire, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, glass conservatory for dining, terrace with large awning for outside dining, lawned gardens with beautiful flower beds, garden furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning views. There is a television with English satellite channels, dvd/cd surround sound system, an i-deck for your ipods, video player and a library of books, dvd’s, videos and cd’s.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, double oven etc. Also, there is everything required for outdoor living Mediterranean style, including a large gas-fired barbecue. The utility room with washing machine and dryer is situated in the pool house on the bottom terrace and the house is fully supplied with linen, bedding, towels, etc., which are changed weekly.
A non-smoking house but can smoke outdoors.

Rates depend on dates & number of persons (max. 6). 30% deposit required at time of booking & balance 8 weeks before start of holiday. Minimum stay of one week & regret, only children over 10.
