Additionally, we are located only one block from Hotel Valley Ho and The Old Tortilla Factory, two blocks from the Main Street Arts district and about 5 blocks from the Giants stadium. Park the car - great walking location - dine and drink in many great restaurants, then walk home! Within 1 mile from the huge Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Harkins Cinemas. Convenient to the A's ballpark and only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and ASU. Centrally located to many golf courses. Scottsdale Museum of Modern Art and Civic Center are just a few blocks away. We have provided our own tour book which includes information on our favorite restaurants and places of interest in the metro Phoenix area.

Rental Policy
$250 security deposit. 60 days or less cancellation fee of $250.00. Cleaning fee of $50-$125 depending on length of stay.
