We are a pet friendly Encinitas vacation rental by owner so bring the entire family!

Inquire about availability for specific desired dates. Owner is flexible. Holidays and holiday weekends add 15% and may have different rates than published please call for a quote.

Sorry, no smoking inside house.

Owner will discount rate $150/week for parties not interested in the Jacuzzi hot tub.

Deposit: $400 deposit (extra Pet deposit of $150 plus a flat fee of $50 per stay for extra cleaning due to pet pest fumigation.)
Standard Cleaning Charge: $100
Occupancy Tax: 10.5%
