Enjoy this Carnelian Bay vacation home, which is located in a great neighborhood, short walk to the dog-friendly beach, “Gar Wood” (famous restaurant-bar grill) and Old Post Office coffee shop. Approx 7 miles to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Northstar ski resorts. 10 min drive to Nevada borderline with casinos and famous Cal-Neva nightlife. Tahoe City is five minutes away.

Our two-story house, comfortable and cozy, has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental Rates:
04/15 to 06/14 & 09/18 to 11/19: $900 per week ($165 per night, 2 nights min)
06/15 to 09/17 & 11/19 to 04/15: $225 per night (3 nights min) and $1290 per week

Thanksgiving $200 per night ($1090/ week)
Christmas & New Year $315/ night ($1870/ week), 4 nights min
Martin Luther King, President Day, Memorial day, Labor Day, July 4th $245/ night ($1420/ week)

300 Security deposit (fully refundable) + $100 extra Security Deposit for pets + $95 Cleaning Service (tax included).
