Dinner/drinks as you enjoy the view of the beach, Sail boats, children building sand castles and flying kites. Sunsets on the Balcony... the Very Best. Moon and Stars will light up the beach as you hear the relaxing sounds of the Gulf waters all from your private balcony.

Activities:: Enthusiasts can enjoy world-class art galleries, ballet, opera, symphony and Broadway shows. Dancing at numerous nightclubs and lounges. Professional sports include baseball, basketball, football and hockey. For another favorite Sport - shopping- local malls and our famous flea market and the Wagon Wheel.

Amenities:: Heated pool, white sandy beach and the warm gulf waters. BBQ grills with table and benches on 1st floor, elevator, Laundry facilities on every floor, internet access. Office open 9am to 5pm for your convenience, staff is very friendly with helpful information on places to see and go. Busch Gardens 35 minutes away. Walt Disney 90 miles. Excellent restaurants, as well as fast food in area. Golf Courses near by. Shopping all over.

Rates do not include $100 cleaning fee, 8% FL St. Sales Tax and 4% Resort Tax.
Rate includes 4 person occupancy ($65 per week charge for each additional person age 3 and older)

Minimum Requirements: seven (7) night minimum is required during Highest and High Season.
four (4) night minimum stay required during other seasons.

Reservation Deposit: Deposit amounting to 30% of total sum is required at time of reservation to guarantee your stay. The balance will be due no later than thirty days prior to occupation of unit. (Travel Insurance is available for a low cost of 7 %).
Cancellations: Reservations canceled more than 45 days before arrival date will be charged a $50 handling fee. Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to the date of occupancy will forfeit all money. We encourage Travel Ins.
