Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom first floor condo is awaiting you. Just a minute from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico and a simple and gentle way of life.

The small complex consists of just 8 condos. We have a partial view of the Gulf from the condo and a spectacular view from the roof deck.

A large living and dining area provide spacious accommodation. The kitchen has recently been replaced with new equipment and units. A
washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the laundry area, which is sited on the rear lani.

A private heated swimming pool separates the two buildings and there is also a private roof deck, with stunning views of the Gulf especially at sunset.

1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds. 3 cable televisions, DVD, video, cd player, telephone(long distance/international calls payable from
security deposit). Bath and hand towels and linen provided; final cleaning arranged.

Beach chairs/beach and pool toys are also available in our ground floor store cupboard.

Covered parking is available for 2 cars.

Our unit is centrally located in Holmes Beach. The island can be explored on the free trolley bus that runs the length of the island.

Tampa and Busch Gardens are an hour away, the Orlando theme parks some 90 minutes. Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20 minute drive,
Tampa International airport is just an hour away.

Discounts available for bookings of 4 weeks or more - please e-mail.

Please note rates exclude 10.5% Florida Tax and final cleaning.

20% Deposit payable on reservation, balance due 45 days before arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of $150 is also payable.
