This kitchen is well equipped for the gourmet cook in the family. A luxurious master bedroom (15.3-feet by 20.6-feet) with two walk-in closets and a well-appointed bath with large garden tub and huge walk-in shower with 2 showerheads. There is a computer desk with a fax/copier/scanner in this room. The second bedroom with queen size bed has a connecting full bath. The den is furnished as a 3rd bedroom with a queen bedroom suite. All bedrooms are equipped with color televisions. In addition, both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have DVD/VCR's. The 26-foot by 25.5-foot great room is large and comfortable with stunning decorator furnishings, and lighted entertainment center with a 32" color TV an DVD/VCR and Stereo. The formal dining table can accommodate 8 persons. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a large utility tub.
Your under building parking space is on the second floor near the elevator vestibule. The building has two separate elevators. Mailboxes are in the first floor elevator vestibule. Policies
Accommodations will be cleaned prior to check-in. Bed and bath linens and a starter supply of toilet tissue and bath soap are included. Additional maid service is available upon request for an added charge. Remember to bring your own beach towels.
Arrangements can be made in advance for an assortment of rental items. Bicycles, cribs and high chairs are some of the articles that can be delivered to the home or villa you're renting. Rentals are generally on a per– month or seasonal.
This condo has a private telephone. There is no charge for local calls. All phones are toll restricted; therefore, long distance calls must be made by using a telephone credit card, charging to another number or calling collect. A fax/scanner/copier machine is provided for extended stay guests.

When you make your accommodation reservations a $500 Security Deposit is immediately due to hold the reservation. 50% of the rental amount is due 6 months prior to arrival and the remaining 50% is due 3 months prior to arrival.
If it is necessary to cancel the rental it must be cancelled in writing. Once cancellation has been received Landlord or Landlord’s agent will make every effort to secure a substitute tenant and if a substitute tenant is secured, deposits herein will be refunded less difference in rental amount if any.

Check-in time is after 2PM on the 1st day of the lease. Check-out time is 10AM on the last day of the lease. A $25 per-hour charge can be administered for late departures. Late arrivals are no problem. After-hours check-ins can be arranged with prior notification. The occupancy of each accommodation is limited to the number of persons indicated on your rental confirmation. Any exception must be approved by the owner or his agent. Persons renting this condominium agree to abide by all condominium rules and regulations.
