Rental Policy

The rent is including TV cable, high speed internet, unlimited phone calls to landlines for several foreign countries (USA, Europe, Asia...)

We accept not less than 4 days rentals.
The rent may change according to the season and length of stay.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For short term rentals (4 nights to 1 month), we ask an immediate payment of half of the rent (usually a bank transfer) and the payment of the other half at arrival.
A security deposit of 500 € is also required.

For long term rentals (1 month to 1 year), we ask the first 2 months rent as an immediate payment and a 2 months security deposit.
