Xmas and New Year (Dec 21-Jan 6) holidays:
$550/night 7 nights minimum Friday to Friday

Winter non holiday
$350/night 2 night minimum
$1,500 per week

Winter holiday
Presidents day weekend
$450/night 2 nights minimum

Special Ski Lease Option Available (subject to availability)
30 days @ $250/night blocks of 7 days Jan 5, to April 15

Cleaning and Security
$500 (fully refundable less cleaning and damages).
